Installation Instructions For #72 Snowguards
  1. Quality depends on the roof slope and snow load.
  2. The #72 snowguard is designed for retrofitting into slate and tile roofs.
  3. The hook end of the snowguard should be slid up into place until the hook engages to top edge of the slate.
  4. A helpful hint is to hook the copper hook over the top of the slate ripper and use the slate ripper to slide the snow guard into place. When the hook engages, pull the slate ripper out and the snow guard will stay in place.
