- Coats surfaces such as: wood, steel, aluminum, tin, copper, rubber, concrete, masonry, and others
- Covers 50 square feet per gallon
- Produces a fully adhered, seamless, high density, ethylene elastomer, waterproofing membrane that is totally vaporproof (may be used as a vapor barrier)
- Prevents water soluble ionic transfer that causes corrosion
- Accommadates rapid movement caused by sudden temperature changes
- Totally watertight and unaffected by ponding water
- May be applied to vertical, pitched and horizontal surfaces
- 10 year material warranty
